Shipping and Handling rates varies depending on the country of destination. All of our payments includes Shipping & Handling and they are made via PayPal.
All of our orders are shipped using Certified Standard Shipping Service, unless requesting faster shipping for an additional fee through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Packages are sent in discreet wrapping or DHL Packaging deppending on the requested Delivery Service.
Shipping time is estimated from the time we receive your order. Your order is processed one day after it was received and your package will be sent out from 2-3 days after, this time vary according to our stock levels.
All orders are sent from our manufacturing companies located in South America, taxes may be applied by the customs authorities of each country.
The estimated delivery time for orders using the standard shipping option can take from 10 business days to around 30 business days (Please add 10 Business days for distributor orders) depending on the country of destination. The USA & Canada usually receive their items faster.
Be sure that all orders are delivered, even we could have some delays because weather conditions or worldwide restrictions for Covid19.

Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.
Our items are processed and checked throughly by our staff and again before being shipped.
If by any chance an incorrect item is sent to you an exchange will take place free of charge.
Items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded. Customized items will neither be refunded or exchanged.
Changes of size, design, or color will be available for exchange. After returning your item(s) back to us the item(s) will be checked & verified. Once checked and confirmed the items are in their original state store credit will be granted.
Once a return is accepted please send the product(s) back to us in new, unworn and still with the tags attached. Please include your invoice order number, full name, address and your requirements within 10 days from the date the order was received. The shipping price is nonrefundable and an exchange fee will apply.
